Patrick CT Morris
CEO and Director
Patrick is an Entrepreneur and Capital Markets Executive experienced in a number of industries including resource exploration, pharmaceutical cannabis, Blockchain technologies, and finance.
With 15 years capital markets experience raising funds for microcap companies and executing corporate development strategies, Patrick has taken numerous companies public via IPO, RTO and CPC. Patrick also Co created and co produced Canada’s first nationally syndicated radio show about Growth Stock Opportunities broadcast on fourteen of the top rated News Talk stations across Canada.
Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary
Mr. Phillippe is a Chartered Professional Accountant licensed to practice in British Columbia by the Chartered Professional Accountants of B.C. He received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia in 1976 and obtained his professional accounting designation in 1981, after articling with the firm of Thorne Riddell (now KPMG). In 1981 he established a private accounting practice which continues to the present.
Mr. Phillippe is currently an officer/director of the following listed companies: CFO of Advanced Proteome Therapeutics Corporation since March 2009; director and CFO of MX Gold Corp. since October 2009; CFO of CBD Med Research Corp. since August 2010 and a director and corporate secretary since April 2014; director and CFO of Noram Ventures Inc. since September 2010; director and CFO of Essex Minerals Corp. since August 2013; director and CFO of Cameo Resources Corp. since February 2016’ director and CFO of Global Remote Technologies Ltd since November 2017. Mr. Hemsworth received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia (“UBC”) in 1964 and a law degree from UBC in 1965. (At the time he was enrolled in a combined commerce/law program at UBC). He was a practising lawyer and a member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia from 1966 to 2009 when he retired. In the past five years Mr. Hemsworth has acted as a consultant to several reporting issuers and been involved in the establishment of several private companies. He has been a director of CBD Med Research Corp. (listed on the TSX-V) since June, 1991. He is a former director of the following TSX companies: Canadian Phoenix Resource Corp., Tiger Pacific Mining Corp., Arapahoe Energy Corporation and Noram Ventures Inc. Thomas W. Clarke
Mr. Thomas W. Clarke, P.Geo., will serve as an Independent Director of Primary Cobalt Corp. Mr. Clarke is a professional geologist. From September 2010 to present, Mr. Clarke has served as a director of Weststar Resources Corp., a mineral exploration issuer listed on the TSXV. From May 2010 to present, Mr. Clarke has served as a director of Clear Mountain Resources Corp., a mineral exploration issuer listed on the TSXV. From July 2007 to current, Mr. Clarke has been President and a director of Drakensberg Capital Inc., a private geological consulting company. From May 2010 to October 2012, Mr. Clarke was a director with Bonterra Resources Inc., a mineral exploration issuer listed on the TSXV. During his tenure with Bonterra, Mr. Clarke coordinated all mineral exploration which culminated with Bonterra defining a NI 43-101 Compliant gold resource of 492,000 ounces (inferred). From October 2010 to February 2011, Mr. Clarke was a director of Golden Share Mining Corporation, a mineral exploration issuer listed on the TSXV. From February 2007 to October 2010, Mr. Clarke served as President and director of Nanoose Gold Limited, a private mineral exploration company that was acquired by Golden Share Mining Corporation in October 2010. From September 2009 to November 2009, Mr. Clarke was a consulting geologist with ETK Inc., a private geological consulting company. He currently also has the position of Independent Director for Cannabix Technologies Inc. Mr. Clarke obtained a Bachelor of Science (Geography) from the University of Lethbridge, Alberta in 1997, a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Geology from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa in 2002 and a Master of Science (Geology) from the University of Witwatersrand in 2004. Mr. Clarke obtained his P.Geo. designation in 2013 from the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of British Columbia and his Pr.Sci.Nat. designation in 2007 from the South African Council for Natural & Scientific Professions. Mr. Clarke obtained his P.Geo. designation in 2014 from the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of Alberta and is currently gaining his P.Geo. designation from the Order des Geologues du Quebec.
John Michael Mackey
Mr. Mackey received a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Political Science in 1961 from the UBC and a law degree from UBC in 1964. He was a practising lawyer and a member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia from 1965 to 1991. He was a director of the following two TSX-V companies: Vangold Resources Ltd. from January 2008 to December 2013 and Vanoil Resources Ltd. from January 2009 to February 2013.
